TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

CARAVAN AND MOTORHOME SITE

  • You must be a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club to make a booking and stay at East Dunley CL

  • A deposit of £30 (non-refundable) must be paid to secure your booking with us, your booking is not secured until a deposit has been received and acknowledged by email.

  • The balance of your pitch fee must be paid 14 days before the start day of your stay. 

  • Arrival times are from 1pm and the Departure time is before 12 noon.

  • You are required to keep your dog(s) on a lead/under close control at all times and clean up after them. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct we deem is detrimental to us or to our other visitors with out a refund of any monies paid. 

  • Bins are located at the end of the white building for everyday domestic waste; general waste and recycling. You must not leave broken items (e.g., chairs etc) or large packaging (e.g., cardboard boxes from new items) as we are unable to dispose of them. 

  • We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, to your property or vehicles or any injury to you or your visitors whilst staying on our CL. 

  • When making a booking, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not make a booking. 

  • Booking cancelled 15 days to 12 weeks before arrival will result in the deposit being taken, where possible we will try to move your booking to another date subject to availability and prices. 

  • Booking cancelled 14 days or less before arrival: – no refunds

  • Any payments ‘rolled forward’ will no longer be subject to our cancellation policy and if cancelled a second time the payments will be forfeit regardless of the notice given. 

  • In the event of a booking reduction, due to late arrival or early departure, no refund for nights cancelled/not used will be given. 

  • Events such as vehicle breakdown, illness or inclement weather etc which may result in delayed arrival, curtailment or cancellation of your stay are not the responsibility of East Dunley CL and therefore we advise you to seek appropriate travel insurance.

  • We have no facilities to charge electric/hybrid vehicles on site. There is to be no charging of vehicles of any sort.

If you contact us via the contact form then we retain your email address and the content of your email - this information will be used solely by us to respond to your enquiry.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site.  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
